Hell Maiden features two major music collaborations for Early Access. Skyleo composed the original game soundtrack available on YouTube and streaming platforms. Japanese band Mili — known for Honkai: Star Rail, Limbus Company, and ENDER LILIES — wrote, composed, and produced the opening theme "Not my Paradiso" with a 2D animated video that premiered July 15, 2026 on AstralShift's YouTube channel, one day before Steam Early Access went live on July 16.
Mili — "Not my Paradiso" Opening Theme
AstralShift announced the Mili collaboration on June 16, 2026. Mili produced all aspects of the opening theme — lyrics, composition, and production. The song accompanies a fully animated opening video in anime style matching Hell Maiden's visual direction.
The "Not my Paradiso" music video premiered on YouTube July 15, 2026 — the day before Early Access went live on July 16. Watch the full cinematic on the opening movie page. Mili's credits include Goblin Slayer, Gleipnir, Arknights, Library of Ruina, and Limbus Company.
The opening plays during game startup in Early Access. AstralShift may release standalone streaming versions on major platforms following launch week.
Skyleo Original Soundtrack
Composer Skyleo created Hell Maiden's in-game original soundtrack covering Limbo and Lust stage themes, boss fight music, Forum hub ambience, and level-up screen motifs. The OST streamed on YouTube ahead of Early Access launch per AstralShift announcements.
Boss themes for Minos, Scarmiglione, and Libicocco use distinct leitmotifs matching each Circle's atmosphere. Poet rescue sequences include character-specific musical stings during Forum dialogue.
Future Early Access updates adding new Circles of Hell will expand the OST as AstralShift releases additional content patches throughout the roughly one-year Early Access period.
Voice Acting in Early Access
Hell Maiden Early Access includes full voice acting for key story scenes. Diana Garnet voices Dante and Minos. Phoebe Chan voices Virgil and Beatrice. Additional unannounced talent covers Homer, Ovid, Horace, and other narrative characters.
Eight language localizations cover interface and subtitles — English, Spanish, Portuguese, Brazilian Portuguese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Japanese. Voice acting is primarily recorded in English for Early Access.
Character pages for Dante and Beatrice cover voice actor details. Poet pages document rescue dialogue and signature weapon spell animations with unique voice lines.
Development Milestones
Hell Maiden won Best Game from Portugal at DevGAMM Awards 2025 on November 7, 2025. The demo launched during Steam Next Fest on October 13, 2025, featuring Limbo and the Minos boss fight.
