AstralShift announced a collaboration with Japanese band Mili on June 16, 2026 for Hell Maiden's opening theme "Not my Paradiso." Mili wrote, composed, and produced the entire track — lyrics, arrangement, and production — accompanying a high-quality 2D animated music video that premiered July 15, 2026 on AstralShift's YouTube channel, one day before Steam Early Access went live on July 16.
Mili Collaboration Announcement
Mili's portfolio spans Honkai: Star Rail, Goblin Slayer, Limbus Company, Library of Ruina, ENDER LILIES, and Arknights — bringing significant visibility to Hell Maiden's Early Access launch window. AstralShift confirmed Mili handled all creative aspects of "Not my Paradiso" rather than licensing an existing track.
The collaboration announcement coincided with Hell Maiden's July 16, 2026 Early Access date reveal on June 23, 2026. Opening theme premiere was scheduled July 15 on AstralShift's official YouTube channel.
In-game, the opening plays at startup in Early Access. Standalone streaming releases on major platforms may follow launch week per AstralShift's music distribution plans.
2D Animated Music Video
The "Not my Paradiso" music video uses anime-style 2D animation matching Hell Maiden's visual direction — aristocratic gothic flair with AstralShift's signature character design. The video introduces Dante's second journey motif and Paradiso longing themes central to the narrative.
The July 15 premiere marked launch eve — the full cinematic is on AstralShift's official YouTube channel alongside the Skyleo OST and release date trailer. The opening plays at game startup in the Steam Early Access client.
Boss themes including Minos's "Serpentine Gasileus ~ Ultimate Sentence" and Forum ambience "Maiden's Pantheon ~ The Forum" complement the opening theme across Hell Maiden's audio identity.
Skyleo In-Game Soundtrack
While Mili handles the opening, composer Skyleo created Hell Maiden's original in-game soundtrack — Limbo and Lust stage themes, boss leitmotifs, and Forum hub music. The OST streamed on YouTube ahead of Early Access.
Signature spell cutscenes for each Poet include unique music tracks during fully animated ultimate attacks. See poet pages for weapon spell details.
Voice Acting Alongside Music
Early Access pairs the Mili opening with full voice acting — Diana Garnet as Dante and Minos, Phoebe Chan as Virgil and Beatrice. Eight language localizations cover interface and subtitles while voice performances remain primarily English-recorded.
Character guides for Dante and Beatrice document cast details. The full soundtrack guide covers OST tracks beyond the opening theme.
